PU foam 400x300x30 mm

The electrostatically dissipative PU foam from EPApack offers an optimal solution for protecting sensitive electronic components during transport. This product measures 400 mm in length, 300 mm in width, and 30 mm in thickness, and is available in an attractive pink color. It meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it a safe choice for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
The foam is made of polyurethane and is characterized by its open-cell, soft structure. It is available in two variants: with a 1:1 nub profile or as a smooth finish. The conductivity of the material is classified as dissipative, and it can be used at operating temperatures from -10 to 100 °C. Additionally, the PU foam has a durability of up to 2 years with proper storage. The self-ignition temperature is 400 °C and the decomposition temperature is 180 °C, highlighting its robustness. Ideally suited as inserts for shipping boxes, this foam provides an effective and reliable protection solution.
