Long-Term ESD Protection with Water-Based Casting Floor

With the ESD Floor System, you receive a comprehensive solution for the creation of conductive flooring areas including professional application by trained staff. From substrate assessment to the final sealing, we oversee the entire process ensuring a technically and visually high-quality implementation.

The system is suitable for new or existing floors that need to be permanently electrically conductive. The multi-layer structure allows the coating to be customized to the requirements of the specific application area.

Depending on the substrate and wear, different primers for mineral or elastic floors are used. This is followed by the construction of the conductive coating system with colored components (Fire Red – RAL 3000, Sky Blue – RAL 5015, Yellow Green – RAL 6018, Silver Grey – RAL 7001, Stone Grey – RAL 7030, Pebble Grey – RAL 7032, Light Grey – RAL 7035, and Agate Grey – RAL 7038), optional color chips, and a final protective sealant. Various top coats are available for the final coating. The result is a durable, low-maintenance, and resilient surface that withstands daily stresses permanently.

The system is suitable for both existing ESD floors with declining conductivity or damaged surfaces, as well as for new floor surfaces that are to be permanently equipped with electrical conductivity. Thanks to its multi-layer structure, the coating can be individually adapted to the requirements of the respective application area.
