Foil tacky mats 610 x 1140 mm blue, 4 mats

The film dust-binding mats in the size 610 x 1140 mm are specifically designed for use in cleanrooms and access areas to ESD protection zones, where they serve as an effective dust barrier. These mats are excellent for cleaning shoe soles and cart wheels and are widely used in industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and electronics.
Each package contains 4 mats, which consist of 30 sequentially arranged, numbered films. This structure allows for easy handling: as soon as the surface loses its adhesive power, the top film can be easily removed to reveal a new, clean layer.
The mats are made of polyethylene, which gives them high durability, and each mat measures 1140 mm in width and 610 mm in length. The color is blue, which allows for unobtrusive integration into existing work environments.

Foil tacky mats 30 layers white/blue

The foil tacky mats or adhesive mats are specially designed for use in cleanrooms and access areas to ESD protection zones, where they serve as an effective dust barrier. These mats are ideal for cleaning shoe soles and trolley wheels and are widely used in sectors such as the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and electronics industries.

The mats consist of numbered films arranged in layers. This structure enables easy handling: as soon as the surface loses its adhesive strength, the top film can be easily removed to reveal a new, clean and adhesive layer.
