The ESD flat brush Nylon, black, 25 mm is specifically designed for cleaning ESD-sensitive flat assemblies to prevent static charges. This product is made from a volume conductive polypropylene handle with carbon and integrated, permanently conductive nylon bristles made of high-quality 6.12 nylon. The bristles are elastic, black, and have a diameter of 0.4 mm. The brush is hard, has a bristle length of 20 mm, and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The resistance of the brush ranges between 10^4 and 10^5 Ω, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components. Additionally, the ESD warning symbol is embossed on the handle to highlight and indicate ESD safety, marking it as a special tool for ESD-sensitive environments. Using this brush prevents short circuits due to bristle wear.
