ION 6115 AirForce ionizer gun

The ION 6115 AirForce is a high-performance ionization air gun designed for eliminating static charge and for cleanroom applications. It meets ISO standard 14644-1 Class 4 and is therefore suitable for environments where particle control is critical.

Efficient Ionization: The device operates with stationary DC ion emission for rapid neutralization of static charges, typically with discharge times under 1 second.

Ergonomic Design: The lightweight and flexible 9.5 mm air hose is paired with an ergonomic gun that provides comfort to the operator even during extended use.

Advanced Construction: The conductive gun features a replaceable emitter tip and a quick-eject filter, allowing for easy maintenance.

Strong Blow-off Force: Enables effective particle removal and surface cleaning in static-sensitive areas.

Versatility: The IsoStat® technology ensures a consistent ion balance and prevents grounding or re-ionization issues.

Self-balancing: Offset voltage ±30 V and very fast discharge (max 1 second) at a distance of 15 cm.

Dimensions: Gun 203 x 25 x 79 mm (LxWxH); Console 216 x 41 x 76 mm (LxWxH), Air hose 2.4 m x 9.5 mm (LxØ).
