Ionized air gun

The ionizing air gun 980E is an effective tool for neutralizing electrostatic charges and removing particulate contaminants. It is particularly suitable for applications such as electronics manufacturing and cleanrooms, where precise control of static charges is required. With a rapid discharge time of less than 0.5 seconds at a distance of 150 mm, this device ensures efficient neutralization of static charges and particles.
The device features a constant ion balance of 0 ± 30 volts, which meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards, and it generates an operational noise of 73 dB at 1 bar. The maximum ozone output is less than 0.005 ppm over 24 hours, supporting safety in sensitive work environments.
The ionizing air gun is made from dissipative polycarbonate, making it robust and safe for use near sensitive electronic components. It is lightweight and ergonomically designed, weighing only 326 g and measuring 216 mm x 76 mm x 41 mm. A flexible polyurethane hose facilitates handling and minimizes strain on the operator.
The device is equipped with a 2.13 m long cable and standard air connections, simplifying integration into existing systems. Power is supplied via a 24 V connection, and the gun is designed to operate with clean, dry air or nitrogen at a maximum of 2 bar.
