Aerostat GUARDIAN - Ionizer (overhead model)

The Aerostat Guardian Overhead Ionizer is a versatile overhead ionizing device designed for neutralizing static charges in sensitive work environments such as electronics assembly and cleanrooms. It provides effective ionization for work surfaces up to a size of approximately 60 x 120 cm.

 

Self-balancing Ionization: Maintains an inherent balance of 0 ±5 V, ensuring reliable and consistent neutralization of static charge without frequent recalibration.

Adjustable Air Speed and Temperature: Allows control of the fan speed and includes an integrated heater for user comfort.

Integrated Work Lighting: Illuminates the work area for better visibility.

Emitter Point Cleaning System: Simplifies maintenance with a built-in point cleaning mechanism that removes contaminants and ensures optimal ion delivery.

Cleanroom Compatible: Meets ISO Standard 14644-1 Class 5 and is thus suitable for cleanroom applications.

Fast Static Charge Neutralization: The discharge time is approximately 3 seconds at a distance of 45 cm when the fan is set to high speed (from 1000 V to 100 V).

Maintenance: The device is low maintenance and features optional functions such as air filters for additional cleanliness.

User-friendly Design: Optimized for easy handling to prevent static charge of work surfaces and components during operation.

Fans: Consists of three fans with continuously adjustable speed control and an additional heating element for a comfortable air temperature.

Work Lighting: Separately switchable, built-in workplace lighting with 2 x 13 watt fluorescent tubes.
