Ionizing blower 5810i - overhead model with 2 fans

The Simco 5810i ionizing air blower, an overhead model with two fans, is specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments that meet the ISO 14644-1 Class 4 standard. With dimensions of 155 x 96 x 813 mm and a weight of 4.6 kg, the device is robust and durable. It operates with an input voltage of 100 - 240 V/AC and offers a rapid discharge time of up to 3 seconds to reduce static charges from ±1000V to ±100V.
The ionization performance is achieved through a precise ion balance of ±3V, which can be enhanced to ±1V with an optional external feedback. The device produces a maximum of 0.02 ppm ozone, making it safe for use in sensitive environments. The three adjustable fan speeds allow for optimal adjustment of the airflow of about 183 m³/h per fan, without disturbing the laminar airflow.
The titanium emitter tips ensure consistent and lasting ionization. Additional features like the optional Auto-Clean system minimize maintenance effort and improve operational efficiency. Visual and acoustic alarms, as well as the ability to integrate into the Facility Monitoring System, enhance operational safety. The Daisy-Chain capability allows up to ten devices to be connected to effectively cover larger areas.

Ionizing blower 5810i - overhead model

The 5810i ion spray blower is an overhead model for neutralizing static charges in cleanroom environments. It is particularly effective in environments that require stringent cleanliness standards, such as ISO 14644-1 Class 4, and offers precise ion balance (±3V standard or ±1V with optional external feedback). The device has a robust aluminum housing and is designed for reliable long-term operation.

Discharge efficiency: It reduces static charge quickly and reaches ±1000V to ±100V in less than 3 seconds at a distance of 45 cm with the high fan speed.

Fan speed and airflow: The device offers three fan speeds (low, high and off) to optimize ionization without interrupting the laminar airflow. The airflow per fan is approx. 183 m³/h and ensures effective coverage.

Emitter tips: Equipped with titanium emitter tips, it provides uniform DC ionization with a long service life and ensures consistent performance.

Auto-clean system (optional): This feature automates the cleaning of the emitter tips, reducing maintenance and maintaining ionization performance over time.

Monitoring and alarms: The device has a visual LED alarm that indicates operating problems such as fan failure or lack of ionization. Additional audible alarms and connection to the Facility Monitoring System (FMS) are optionally available.

Daisy-chain capability: Multiple devices (up to 10) can be linked together to efficiently cover larger areas.

Low noise and safe: The device operates at a noise level of only 52 dB (at low fan speed) and emits very little ozone, making it suitable for sensitive environments.
