The power adapter for ION 5842 from Simco-Ion is specifically designed for use in ISO 14644-1 Class 3 cleanroom environments and offers industry-leading, balanced ionization performance. The reliable steady-state DC technology effectively eliminates ESD effects and electromagnetic interference (EMI), making it an essential tool in demanding manufacturing processes.
The model features an ionization balance of ±3 V and includes various connectivity options, including a Novx antenna input, FMS connection, as well as integrated alarm systems and management controls. Operation is simplified by an automatic cleaning system for each of the three fans, each offering four speed levels. This significantly reduces maintenance effort and costs.
Manufacturer Simco guarantees maximum ESD protection with this product, which enhances production yields while also providing rapid alarm notifications and protection against unauthorized adjustments.

Thanks to reliable steady-state DC technology—the proven standard for eliminating ESD effects and ESD-induced electromagnetic interference (EMI) in high-tech facilities—the model 5842 delivers maximum ions exactly when and where they are needed.
