The model 5941 Micro Blower features a compact design yet is exceptionally effective at meeting the current demands of modern automated process tools. Measuring just 4.33 inches (110 mm) in height and 3.15 inches (80 mm) in width, this remarkably compact in-tool blower delivers outstanding performance in back-end semiconductor environments. The model 5941 maintains a balance of ±3 V or better as standard. This is safeguarded by an exclusive two-stage notification feature that allows time for preventive adjustments to ensure continuous operation. An internal, automatic balance correction system ensures that target devices are ionized with precision. This results in a significant reduction in calibration and maintenance efforts, leading to cost savings.
