The Metriso B530 Basic Measurement Kit is a comprehensive set specifically designed for measuring point-to-point resistances as well as grounding resistances. It is ideally suited for checking system resistances, shoes, or flooring systems. The kit includes a digital megohmmeter, two measurement electrodes Model 850, a hand electrode Model 45, measuring leads, a multilingual instruction manual, a factory calibration certificate, and a conductive carrying case.
Technically, the device offers a measuring voltage in the low resistance range from 0 to 10 kOhm and in the high resistance range from 1 kOhm to 1.2 TOhm, with a DC voltage of 10 V, 100 V, and 500 V. The current strength in the resistance range is between 1 mA and 1.3 mA. The measurement kit is designed for battery operation and has a recommended calibration period of 24 months.
The dimensions of the device are 225 mm in width, 130 mm in height, and 140 mm in length, with a weight of 9 kg. This robust and precise measurement kit is a reliable choice for technical professionals in various industrial sectors.

Metriso® B530 Basic measuring device

The METRISO® B530 Basic is a precise digital measuring device for determining point-to-point resistances and leakage resistances in ESD-protected areas. It is particularly suitable for testing system resistances, shoes and grounding systems. The Metriso B530 is available as a stand-alone device and as a measuring kit with an 870 or 850 electrode.

  • Suitable for measuring point-to-point resistances and bleeder resistances as well as the human/shoe/ground system resistance
  • Measured value display digital or analog, as bar graph or pointer
  • Low-ohm measuring range for checking grounding measures
