PCSA 4 ESD assembly frame

The PCSA 4 ESD assembly frame is specifically designed for mass production of printed circuits and efficiently supports assembly and soldering. Its design allows circuit boards up to a maximum size of 500 x 350 mm to be safely inserted and fixed between two adjustable guide rails using braking knurled nuts. The removable center bar allows for optimal use of the workspace.
The components are securely pressed during assembly by a cover plate lined with ESD foam. The distance of the pressure plate to the frame can be individually adjusted, and the lid closes automatically using springs. For switching between work processes, the holder can be easily brought into the desired position by swinging up and rotating.
After assembly, the frame ensures that the components are also securely held during soldering and cutting. Moreover, the frame is easy to remove and transport, facilitating the switch between different workstations. The PCSA 4 ESD complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.

PCSA assembly frames

The assembly frames are the ideal tool for the equipment of PCBs. They facilitate the equipping and soldering of PCBs, especially for series production.

The PCB are placed and held between the guide rails by locking knurled nuts. The central rail is removable allowing an optimal use of the working surface.

After the assembly the components are pressed by the cover plate with an ESD foam insert. The distance of the pressure plate to the frame is adjustable, the lid is closed by springs. The PCBs are moved back into the working position by the raising and turning of the holder.

During the soldering and cutting, the components are held safely. The holding frame can be simply removed and transported to the next workstation.

The assembly frames are equipped with 1 central bar and 2 adjustable guide rails

In compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
