The ESD horizontal toggle clamp type 6830, size 0, is optimally designed for use in ESD protection zones to safely handle electrostatically sensitive components. This model is characterized by its electrostatically dissipative components, such as the protective cap and handle, which are manufactured according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The construction includes an open holding arm and a horizontal base, while the surface treatment consists of galvanization and passivation to prevent corrosion. The rivets made of stainless steel operate in case-hardened bearing bushes, ensuring a long service life and minimal wear. All bearing points are carefully greased.
Ergonomically designed, the handle offers a large hand rest with a soft component that is also oil-resistant, enhancing comfort and handling. A safety device for the pressure screw M4 x 25 at the end of the clamping arm prevents accidental loosening during operation. The clamp has a holding force of 0.25 to 0.4 kN and a total weight of only 35 g, making it extremely handy.
