Diagonal cutting pliers RX8142 ESD

The Lindström RX8142 side cutter is a high-precision tool, designed for demanding applications in electronics and fine mechanics. It features oval jaws and a robust construction made from high-performance steel alloy that has been blackened for longevity. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to 63-65 HrC and offer precise cutting angles and optimal contact accuracy through numerically controlled machine grinding.
The handles of the RX8142 are made from a dual-component material that combines a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene to ensure both comfort and ESD safety. The innovative opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed to regulate tension during use. The cutting capacity of the tool is optimized for copper wire, and it offers cutting options with Micro-Bevel®, Flush, and Ultra-Flush®.
With a length of 135.5 mm and a weight of only 70 g, the side cutter is handy and efficient in use. The head size is small, with a head width of 10 mm and a jaw length of 10.5 mm, ideal for precise cuts. The safety spring and ESD-compliant features make it particularly suitable for electrostatically sensitive environments.
