NASE-2D Rework soldering station

The JBC NASE-2D Rework Soldering Station is a state-of-the-art solution for precise soldering and desoldering of very small and sensitive electronic components. This station is distinguished by its specially developed nano soldering tools, which are optimal for working on micro-SMD components and microelectronics. The digital control allows for precise adjustment and stable control of the soldering temperature, while the fast heating time increases efficiency and minimizes waiting periods.
A large LCD display provides information about the current temperature and other relevant data. Ergonomic, lightweight handpieces and a comfortable design ensure precise work. The intelligent sleep and hibernation function automatically reduces the temperature when not in use, which extends the life of the soldering tips and saves energy.
Additionally, the station is compatible with a wide range of soldering tips and tools that meet various soldering requirements. Connection to solder fume extraction via an RJ12 interface as well as ports for data download and remote control for traceability and software updates are possible. An integrated cleaning system for soldering tips with wiper and brush completes the profile of this high-precision soldering station.
