The Weller WXSmart 230V power unit is an advanced, digital soldering station specifically designed for the demands of modern soldering processes. With a power of 300 W and two soldering channels, this device offers an all-in-one solution for precise soldering, from pico to high-performance soldering, as well as rework and hot air applications. The station supports a variety of applications and is backward compatible with all Weller WX tools.The WXSmart features intelligent functions such as automatic tool detection, visual process control, and an integrated memory for up to 10 parameter settings. It offers maximum connectivity and seamless traceability, facilitating integration into existing ERP systems and transmitting in real time. Cybersecurity is ensured through TLS encryption and two-factor authentication, while comprehensive user management prevents unauthorized access.
Technically, the WXSmart has a fast heat-up time of up to 3 seconds and an intuitive user interface that enables easy navigation. The ESD-safe platform and the heat-resistant 4.3-inch TFT color touchscreen complete the profile. The station measures 175 x 154 x 144 mm, weighs approximately 4.78 kg, and operates with a mains voltage of 230 V with a temperature accuracy of ±9°C and stability of ±2°C.
