Charged plate monitors

Charged plate monitors (CPM) measure the efficiency of ionization systems in clean rooms and electronics production. An insulated metal plate is charged and the discharge through ionization is recorded. Discharge time (decay time) and residual voltage (offset voltage) provide information about the neutralization of electrostatic charges. The measured values enable an objective evaluation of the ionization performance, support quality assurance and help to minimize ESD-related damage in production processes.

The image displays a portable device for measuring electric charge. It features a digital display with buttons and a top plate for measurement. The color scheme is primarily black.
