EPAconsult®
EPAconsult ® offers consulting services and practical training courses and seminars on all aspects of ESD protection – in accordance with DIN EN IEC 61340-5-1 and individually tailored to operational requirements. This enables you to create greater safety and awareness when handling sensitive electronic components.

Grounding plugs / boxes

Grounding plugs and boxes enable the standard-compliant connection of ESD protection devices to the ground potential in EPA. They ensure a stable, low-resistance connection to protective ground and support compliance with DIN EN 61340-5-1.

The DPV product range in this area includes grounding plugs with/without screw caps, with/without snaps, with/without eyelets, with/without BA safety sockets, with smooth cables or spiral cables, and with versions for the EU or Switzerland.

In addition to the defined grounding boxes (with different numbers of push-button connections, with/without BA safety socket, with/without screw connection), it is also possible to have customer-specific grounding boxes manufactured.

Cleaning

Cleaning is an integral part of an effective ESD protection concept. Special ESD cleaning agents, cloths, and accessories remove dirt without damaging the material or impairing its dissipative properties. This preserves the protective effect and ensures long-term ESD compliance.


EPAclean®
EPAclean® ensures thorough and ESD-safe cleaning of your protected areas – without leaving any residues that could impair ESD functionality. This keeps your workplace permanently protected and compliant with standards.

Personnel test stations

Personnel testing stations are used to check personnel grounding when entering ESD protection zones (EPA). They are a central component of access control systems and ensure that the permissible limit values for body and shoe resistance in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 are complied with. This is necessary to minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge when handling sensitive assemblies.

ESD chairs

ESD chairs are specially designed for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA) and ensure the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges. They feature dissipative seat and backrest surfaces as well as conductive casters or glides, which reliably prevent potential charges caused by friction or movement. Their ergonomic design offers a high level of seating comfort and is ideal for professional continuous use.


EPAchair®
EPAchair® offers ergonomic, ESD-compliant seating solutions made in Germany – from swivel chairs and stools to standing aids. A wide range of models and options ensure healthy seating comfort and optimum protection at every ESD workplace.

ESD footrests

Footrests are the ergonomic solution for workstations with fixed table heights. They support healthy posture, promote blood circulation, and can be individually adjusted thanks to height- and tilt-adjustable designs – for greater seating comfort and less strain.

ESD shoes

Professional and safety workwear must meet the requirements of the respective area of application. In electronics manufacturing, ESD shoes (e.g., clogs, sandals, low shoes, boots) ensure conductivity. Street shoes can be used in compliance with EPA standards with heel straps.

Clogs

ESD clogs offer reliable protection and maximum comfort. Whether with a foldable or fixed heel strap, the clogs are quick to put on and take off and are comfortable to wear. The models certified according to the ESD standard feature non-slip, volume-conductive soles, ergonomic design, and high-quality materials.

DPV-komfort
DPV-komfort clogs combine antistatic properties with maximum comfort and environmental compatibility. High-quality natural materials and ergonomic workmanship ensure safe, standard-compliant ESD protection and a comfortable walking experience. The upper material is available in various perforation options: without or with perforations or with large cut-outs.

Slippers and sandales

Lightweight, comfortable, and safe—ESD slippers and sandals combine optimal comfort with standard-compliant protection. They comply with the ESD standard and are therefore ideal for use in electronics manufacturing, laboratories, and ESD protection zones.

Heel grounders

Heel straps provide temporary personal grounding protection in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). They are particularly suitable for visitors or short-term activities in ESD-protected areas. Heel straps are available in different wearing systems.

ESD clothes

COOLMAX®

COOLMAX® ALL SEASON offers innovative fibers for optimal temperature regulation: cooling in hot conditions, insulation in cold conditions. Quick-drying and breathable, the technology ensures lasting freshness and comfort – ideal for functional, easy-care workwear in ESD areas.

PremiumSmooth®

The innovative PremiumSmooth® functional fabric with conductive fibers ensures pleasant thermoregulation and high dissipative properties. The material is soft and supple on the inside, while breathable and moisture-absorbing on the outside.

ESD work coats

ESD work coats are made of antistatic fabric interwoven with conductive fibers and ensure standard-compliant protection against electrostatic charging in the EPA. The breathable, durable material offers high wearing comfort – available in various designs and colors and can be personalized on request.

DPV work coats

The DPV range in this area includes work coats with short and long sleeves in short/standard or long styles. The work coats are available in blue and white. They each have three pockets, a lapel collar, and a snap fastener.

The models in the AM-140 line weigh 140 g/m². The AM-161 plus line differs in fabric weight, weighing 160 g/m².


EPAwear®
EPAwear® includes short-sleeved and long-sleeved work coats in short/standard or long styles. The work coats are available in three different colors (blue, white, grey). They each have three pockets, a lapel collar, and a snap fastener.

The fabric weight of the four lines WhiteLine plus, BlueLine plus, GreyLine plus, and MyLine plus is 150 g/m². MyLine plus has the special feature that the piping color can be individually selected. The conductive work coat ECO-180 differs in fabric weight of 180 g/m².

ESD shirts

ESD shirts are designed for use in ESD-protected areas (EPA) and enable the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges directly from the body. They are made of antistatic fabric with conductive fibers and can be customized with embroidery or printing on request.

ESD polo shirts

ESD polo shirts combine technical protection with a neat appearance and are ideal for ESD-protected areas (EPA). The conductive fabric allows for the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges from the body. Custom embroidery or printing is available on request.

ESD sweatshirts and jackets

ESD sweatshirts and sweat jackets offer reliable protection against electrostatic charging in the EPA. Made of cotton and conductive fibers, they enable the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges from the body and high thermal comfort – in various designs and individually customizable.

ESD trousers

ESD trousers combine reliable protection with maximum freedom of movement: their conductive mixed fabric dissipates electrostatic charges from the body in a controlled manner and complies with the ESD standard – protecting sensitive components from ESD damage while allowing you to remain flexible and comfortable during use.

ESD jackets and vests

ESD jackets and vests are designed for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). Various models offer protection and comfort for different temperatures and working environments – compliant with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and machine washable.

Cleanroom clothing

ESD rack systems

ESD rack systems are essential elements for standard-compliant storage in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). They are made of conductive materials that dissipate electrostatic charges in a controlled manner, thereby protecting electronic components from electrostatic discharge. The design ensures mechanical stability thanks to double diagonal bracing and allows tool-free assembly using a plug-in system.

EPAstore® rack systems
EPAstore® includes basic and extension racks in this area, as well as corresponding shelves and their holders. The rack systems are modular, flexibly configurable, and adapt to different storage and manufacturing requirements.

ESD reel storage

ESD reel storage enables the safe and standard-compliant storage of SMD components in the EPA. Conductive holders prevent uncontrolled electrostatic discharges and ensure orderly, readily accessible storage directly at the workplace or along automated manufacturing processes.

ESD film packaging

The range of ESD film packaging includes various types of film that fulfill different protective functions depending on requirements. Thanks to their versatility, they can be easily integrated into existing production and logistics processes and support compliance with international ESD standards.

EPApack®
EPApack® offers comprehensive packaging solutions with dissipative, conductive, and shielding materials that reliably protect components from electrostatic charges and moisture—ideal for storage, transport, and processing. DPV's range in this area includes air bubble films, air bubble interlayers, and packaging bags (dissipative/shielding/DRY-Shield) with different closures. 

Desiccants / moisture indicators

Moisture indicators allow the conditions inside the packaging to be checked without opening the bag and corrected at an early stage if necessary. Desiccants prevent hygroscopic materials from absorbing moisture.

EPApack® moisture indicators
EPApack® moisture indicators are available with different measuring ranges and with or without cobalt. The cobalt-free moisture indicators are REACH and RoHS compliant.

ESD foams

ESD foams effectively protect electronic components from mechanical damage and electrostatic discharge. They are also resistant to chemicals and moisture.

EPAstore® offers soft PU foams for shipping boxes and hard PU foams as foam for pin insertion in this area.

ESD transport

ESD transport trolleys

ESD transport trolleys enable safe internal transport within the EPA. Made of conductive materials, they ensure the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges in accordance with ESD standards and offer stable, ergonomic, and versatile solutions for manufacturing and warehousing.
