The reel stand Mod. 8301.028, specially designed for use with the County EVO component counting device, offers an efficient solution for handling SMD components. The County EVO is an advanced digital component counter with a microcomputer, designed for counting taped axial, radial, and SMD components. This device allows for precise counting in both directions (left or right) and features a variable division factor from 1 to 19, supplemented by multiplication factors for smaller components such as 0402, 0201, and 01005.
Additional features include a total piece count capture, a preset piece count with an acoustic signal when the preset quantity is reached, as well as a calibration test and a self-diagnosis function. The device's memory retains the last counted quantity, further enhancing efficiency. Model 400.013 is also equipped with a battery and offers connections for barcode readers and printer/PC, a clock, and a datalogger for the last 500 counts.
This combination of reel stand and component counting device maximizes productivity and accuracy in component management and is ideal for technical work environments that require high precision and efficiency.
