PCB magazine 601.1 PS, partially assembled
The Circuit Board Magazine 601.1 PS from the 600 series by CAB is a flexible and economical solution for storing and transporting circuit boards. It offers a manual width adjustment via screw clamping, allowing the side walls to be adjusted for circuit board widths from 40 to 250 mm. The magazine dimensions are 355 x 320 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it is partially assembled, which facilitates final assembly for the customer.The polystyrene web walls are suitable for insert temperatures up to 60°C and ambient temperatures up to 50°C. The design includes a non-losable transport lock that protects the circuit boards during transport, and funnel-shaped guide grooves with positioning strips that allow for precise insertion. The magazine is stackable and compatible with existing systems due to its standard dimensions.
The circuit board guides are continuously numbered, which simplifies handling. Additionally, the magazine is ESD-safe and volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. Weighing 5.6 kg and with the option to be delivered assembled upon request, this magazine offers a robust and user-friendly storage solution.

PCB magazines series 600 PS/PC partially assembled
1 - Adjustment to PCB width
The 600 series is a cost-effective variant. By loosening the four screw clamps, the web can be adjusted to the desired PCB width.
2 - Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be inserted or removed. The guides are locked when they are lifted again.
3 - Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
4 - Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
