Transport lock A for PCB magazines

The transport lock A from CAB is specifically designed for the series 6000 and 7000 PCB magazines and ensures safe handling and reliable protection of your PCBs during transport. This lock is characterized by its functionality in manual and automatic operation and offers easy handling: In the open position, it can be locked, and after an 8 mm stroke, the guides are free to load or unload PCBs without any problems. An additional 2 mm stroke ensures that the bolt is securely locked. To close the lock, the bolt is slightly lifted and automatically falls back into the locking position when released.
The transport lock is also equipped with an inclined guide that falls into the locking position by its own weight, which further simplifies handling. A bolt is standardly mounted on the front and back of the fixed sidewall, effectively securing the PCB. The assembly of the magazine is either done by the customer as a set of base plates and partition walls or is delivered already assembled, depending on the specific needs of your production.
