ESD Vacuum-formed inserts

ESD vacuum-formed inserts are precisely manufactured inserts made of electrically conductive plastic that are used to securely hold and fix electrostatically sensitive electronic components in ESD-compliant containers. They enable the controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges and thus reduce the risk of uncontrolled discharges that can damage electronic components.

The inserts are available in various geometries and compartment layouts, tailored to specific component shapes and container sizes. They therefore support structured, mechanically protected and standard-compliant storage and in-house transportation within electrostatically protected areas (EPA) in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1
