PE foam, dissipative 540x355x10 mm

The PE foam offered here is characterized by its electrostatic discharge capability and compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. This product has a length of 540 mm, a width of 355 mm, and a thickness of 10 mm. It is made of cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene, which is corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant. The material density is 46 kg/cm³, and it can be used in environments up to a temperature of 90 °C.
The surface resistances vary depending on the side of the material: The skin side has a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm, while the non-skin side shows a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm. Thanks to its dimensions, this foam fits perfectly into KLT containers of size 600x400 mm. Its versatility is demonstrated in its suitability as plug-in foam, interlayers, and partition walls for containers, as well as a workstation underlay. This product is colored in black, making it visually appealing and easy to integrate.

These PE foam interlayers are electrostatically dissipative. They are covered with a thin layer (skin) on one side. The PE foams are also suitable for use as workstation underlays and partition walls for containers.

The PE foam interlayers are characterized by the following properties:
