PE foam plate, dissipative 1000x1500x10 mm

The PE foam board with dimensions 1000x1500x10 mm is made of high-quality polyethylene and is characterized by its electrostatic discharge capability. This material is certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The board is cross-linked and closed-cell, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
The surface of the board varies in its resistance; the skin side has a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohms, while the non-skin side offers a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohms. These properties make the foam board particularly versatile, for example, as plug foam, interlayers for containers, bulkhead walls for containers, or as a workstation underlay.
With an operating temperature limit of up to 90 °C and its robust nature, the black PE foam board is a reliable choice for technical applications that require both functionality and safety.

PE foam interlayers, dissipative

These PE foam interlayers are electrostatically dissipative. They are covered with a thin layer (skin) on one side. The PE foams are also suitable for use as workstation underlays and partition walls for containers.

The PE foam interlayers are characterized by the following properties:

  • cross-linked
  • closed-cell
  • corrosion-free
  • abrasion-resistant
  • black
  • typical surface resistance: 105 - 106 Ohm (side with skin)
  • typical surface resistance: 107 - 108 Ohm (side without skin)
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1

The interlayers are available in predefined dimensions or as individual cuttings.
