Safety sandal CPO-15

The safety shoe CPO-15 from the Challenger series by HKS combines advanced technologies with the highest comfort and safety. This model is specifically designed for use in demanding work environments and offers optimal protection thanks to the steel toe cap and textile penetration guard. The microfiber upper material together with the Cool Mesh lining ensures breathability and water repellency, while the TPU rubber sole with Air-Cell cushioning provides excellent abrasion resistance and slip resistance (SRC).
The shoes are also vegan and anti-static according to EN ISO 20345. Ergonomic clamping hooks guarantee increased stability, and the dust protection flap provides additional protection in everyday work. The insole is replaceable, and the shoes are orthopedically adjustable according to DGUV 112-191, making them particularly suitable for wearers with individual foot needs.
Available in sizes 39 to 48 and in the color combination black/blue, the low-cut shoe with lace-up closure offers a perfect fit and is an ideal choice for men who value functionality and comfort.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Safety shoe CHALLENGER CPO-15 / CPO-45

Developed for demanding work environments, the vegan CPO-15 safety shoes and CPO-45 sandals from the CHALLENGER series by HKS offer optimum protection and comfort. The models are equipped with a robust steel toe cap and textile penetration protection to ensure maximum safety. The microfiber upper and cool mesh lining ensure breathability and comfort, while the TPU rubber sole with Air-Cell cushioning offers excellent abrasion resistance and slip resistance (SRC).
The models are oil- and petrol-resistant, antistatic and comply with the EN ISO 20345 standard. The insole is replaceable. The models are suitable for orthopaedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191, which makes them particularly suitable for wearers with individual foot requirements. They are ideal for technical use and combine functionality with sustainable materials, making them a reliable partner in any working environment.

The models differ in their closures. The sandal has a BOA fastener and the shoe has a lace fastener.
