Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag 3M-SCS 457 x 609 mm

The 3M-SCS Dri-Shield 2000 protective bag, measuring 457 x 609 mm, is an advanced shielding and barrier bag that provides optimal protection against moisture and electrostatic charges. This bag is made from a multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester, as well as a metallized polyester film, making it particularly effective against moisture exposure. The water vapor permeability is 0.0543 g/m², ensuring the integrity of your sensitive products.
The technical specifications include electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and a surface resistance between 10^4 and 10^11 Ohms. The bag meets standards MIL-PRF-81705 Type 1, EIA 583, EIA 541, EIA 625, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and DIN EN 61340-5-1, highlighting its reliability and performance.
In addition to its high functionality, the bag is vacuum-sealable, weldable, RoHS-compliant, and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly choice. However, it is not resealable. With a packaging unit of 100 pieces and a material thickness of 0.09 mm, this protective bag offers a robust and reliable solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive components.

The Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags. They offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge thanks to a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as metallized polyester film.
