Shielding bag DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" 203 x 305 mm

The DPV-1000 Zip "metal-in" shielding bag from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, provides optimal protection for electronic components against electrostatic discharges (ESD). With a size of 203 x 305 mm and a material thickness of 0.078 mm, this bag complies with DIN EN 61340-5-1. It is characterized by its multilayer structure and transparent coloration, allowing visual inspection of the contents.
The external antistatic coating and the aluminum vapor deposition inside ensure a surface resistance of 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm. The amine-free polyethylene/polyester structure prevents the formation of harmful chemical reactions with the packaged components. Additionally, the bag is resealable and weldable, which allows for secure and long-term storage.
The high shielding against field induction and the controlled discharge of existing charges without spontaneous discharge also effectively protect sensitive assemblies with batteries and accumulators. The bag is printed with an ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, RoHS compliance note, and LOT number.
It meets the standards MIL-PRF-81705D, ANSI/ESD STM 11.11, ANSI/ESD STM11.31, EIA 541, ASTM D882, and ASTM D1003, underscoring its quality and reliability.

ESD shielding bag DPV-1000 Zip, reclosable

The DPV-1000 Zip shielding bags protect electronic parts and components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and prevent static charge on the bag, which could damage ESD-sensitive parts and assemblies.

Compared to the shielding bags DPV-1000 the bags in this product family are reclosable with a zip closure. Within this product family, the dissipative metallized shielding bags differ in size.
