The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, in pink, is specifically designed for use in shipping boxes to meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This product is made of open-cell, soft polyurethane and is available in dimensions of 190 mm length, 135 mm width, and 20 mm thickness. It offers an operating temperature range from -10 to 100 °C and features a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C as well as a decomposition temperature of 180 °C.The foam is available in two versions: as nubbed foam with a 1:1 profile or as smooth foam, both variants are conductive. The durability is two years with proper storage. This versatile product is excellent for the safe and standard-compliant packaging of sensitive electronic components.
