Workstation mat ESD-dry ergolastec end piece type D
The ergolastec workplace mat ESD-dry Type D, manufactured by ergolastec, is specifically designed for use in electronics and microelectronics work areas. This mat offers reduced tripping hazards due to its beveled outer edges and effectively protects falling objects. With a length of 1303 mm and a width of 1000 mm, as well as a thickness of 16 mm, the mat is robust and virtually odorless, making it ideal for enclosed spaces. The higher self-weight ensures improved stability, and the mat can withstand up to 200 kg of weight.The mat features a flat surface structure and cushioning hemispheres on the underside, providing additional comfort. It is made from a new rubber compound (SBR), has a Shore hardness of 55 ± 4 Shore A, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -35°C to +95°C. The electrical conductivity complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface resistance of 10^7 Ω.
Thanks to the puzzle technique on one broad side, multiple Type D mats can be easily and flexibly connected without the need for fixation on the ground. This allows for adaptable design of the workspace according to DIN 33406.
