Foil tacky mats 610 x 1140 mm blue, 20 mats

The film dust binding mats in the size 610 x 1140 mm are an effective solution for dust control in sensitive areas such as cleanrooms and access areas to ESD protection zones. These 30-layer mats, packaged in boxes of 20 pieces each, offer high adhesive strength specifically designed to reliably capture dust and other particles without affecting shoes or cart wheels.
The material of the mats is made of polyethylene, making them both durable and safe for use in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries. When the adhesive power decreases, the top layer can easily be peeled off, and a new adhesive surface becomes immediately available. The mats are available in blue and are visually appealing due to their transparent properties.
These features make the film dust binding mats a practical and efficient choice for industrial areas that require the highest standards of cleanliness.

Foil tacky mats 30 layers white/blue

The foil tacky mats or adhesive mats are specially designed for use in cleanrooms and access areas to ESD protection zones, where they serve as an effective dust barrier. These mats are ideal for cleaning shoe soles and trolley wheels and are widely used in sectors such as the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and electronics industries.

The mats consist of numbered films arranged in layers. This structure enables easy handling: as soon as the surface loses its adhesive strength, the top film can be easily removed to reveal a new, clean and adhesive layer.
