The offered table covering made of synthetic rubber in gray is specifically designed for use in ESD protection zones. With a width of 1.0 meter and a length of 10 meters, this covering provides a generous workspace that meets the standards of DIN EN 61340-5-1. The material thickness of 2.0 mm ensures lasting durability and robustness.
The surface of the table covering is textured and consists of a conductive top layer and a conductive bottom layer, which ensures effective static discharge as soon as a connection is made with the grounding system. These characteristics not only make the covering scratch and abrasion-resistant but also resistant to solder and heat.
The installation is straightforward, as the covering can be laid loosely and fixed with double-sided adhesive tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape if necessary. Additionally, the product is RoHS and REACH compliant, confirming adherence to important environmental and health standards. The surface resistance is between 10^6 and 10^8 Ohm, while the point-to-point resistance remains below 10^9 Ohm, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive work environments.
