This synthetic rubber table cover in gray, measuring 1.20 x 10 m, is specifically designed for use in ESD zones. It complies with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ensures effective static discharge to the ground when correctly installed using a grounding system. The surface of the cover consists of a conductive top layer and a conductive sublayer, ensuring optimal functionality within ESD-protected work areas.
The robust synthetic rubber construction makes the cover scratch-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and resistant to solder and heat. These characteristics make it ideal for demanding industrial applications. The table cover can be laid out at the workplace easily and without permanent adhesion, with the option of fixing it with double-sided tape or Quick-Lift fabric tape if necessary.
Additionally, the product is RoHS and REACH compliant, highlighting the adherence to important environmental and health standards. With a surface resistance of 10^6 - 10^8 Ω and a point-to-point resistance of less than 10^9 Ω, this table cover offers reliable performance in every respect.
