The ESD brush Nylon, with a width of 6 mm, is optimally designed for cleaning ESD-sensitive flat assemblies, as it does not cause static charges. This product is distinguished by its volume-conductive plastic handle made of polypropylene with carbon and integrated, permanently conductive nylon bristles made of high-quality 6.12 nylon. The bristles are elastic, black, and have a diameter of 0.4 mm. With a bristle length of 16 mm and a hardness classified as hard, the brush offers efficient cleaning performance without the risk of a short circuit due to bristle abrasion. The discharge resistance is between 10^4 and 10^5 Ω, ensuring electrical conductivity according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. Additionally, the brush is marked with an ESD warning symbol, confirming compliance with relevant safety standards.
