Trolley type 100 610 x 410 mm ESD

The transport dolly Type 100 from EPAmove, manufactured by DPV, combines functionality with technical sophistication. With a width of 610 mm and a depth of 410 mm, this model offers a sturdy platform for transporting heavy loads up to 200 kg. The dolly is made of galvanized steel, which makes it particularly durable.
Equipped with four ESD swivel casters with a diameter of 100 mm, made of solid rubber, the dolly offers high maneuverability and stability. The special electrical conductivity of the transport dolly complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
Customers have the choice between standard casters, which can cause contact discoloration of the floor, and track-free casters, equipped with a thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread that leaves no traces. This makes the Transport Dolly Type 100 a versatile choice for various industrial applications.

Transport trolley type 100 without lock ESD

The transport trolley type 100 is available in several versions. A distinction is made between standard swivel castors and non-marking swivel castors, which are fitted with a thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread. Type 101 transport castors are also available with locks as an option. Type 120 is equipped with a bracket for better maneuverability of the transport trolley.

  • suitable for Euro containers, transport containers and PCB magazines
  • galvanized metal construction, special sizes on request
  • 4 conductive solid rubber swivel castors, black or grey (non-marking), load capacity 150 - 200 kg, quiet rolling properties
  • version with non-marking castors / ELS: polypropylene wheel body, equipped with thermoplastic, non-marking rubber tread, electrically conductive
  • pull rod available for the transport trolley
