Controller for series CG / SKT-KL-TCG-L

The control unit for the CG series, manufactured by Kilews, is optimally designed for torque ranges between 0.3 and 7 Nm and offers versatile control for all models of the SKT-CG series. It allows easy programming via PC or directly on the device and is fully integrable into Industry 4.0. With the capability to store up to 50 sets of screw parameters as well as 50 program sequences, it supports complex assembly processes. Each screwing process can be divided into up to 5 stages, with the screw data exportable via an RS-232 interface.
The compact design with dimensions of 185 x 241 x 127 mm and a weight of 3.4 kg, combined with a robust construction, makes the device both durable and easy to handle. The input voltage ranges from 100 to 220 V AC, while the output voltage is 40 V DC. Additional connection options like Micro SD and LAN expand the connectivity options. The control inputs include Start, Forward, Reverse, Disable, and Confirm, while the outputs can signal states such as OK, Not OK, and Start.

Controller for CG series

The control unit for intelligent EC screwdriving systems. These ensure maximum safety during tightening operations and enable the direct recording of measured values via torque and angle sensors as such, rather than indirect determination via the motor current.

All possible screwdriving cases or strategies can be set. Multi-stage tightening processes, torque measurement and compensation, torque and/or angle of rotation tightening processes.

  • Monitors tightening status, parameter settings and data storage for traceability.
  • With the torque converter developed in Germany, SKT-CG series screwdrivers can precisely control both tightening torque and speed.
  • Thanks to its wide range of functions, the controller offers the ideal tightening strategy for every screwdriving application.
  • Tightening targets such as torque and thread can be specified via the controller. Users have the option of switching between several programs to handle different tasks.
