ESD Push-pull type toggle clamp type 6840, size 2

The ESD toggle clamp type 6840, size 2, is specifically designed for use in electrostatically protected areas (EPA) according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. This model features a pressure screw M6 x 25 and provides a holding force of 2.0 kN. It is made from electrostatically dissipative material, making it ideal for handling sensitive components.
The clamp also features a long push rod guide with a mounting thread and a nut, as well as an ergonomic, oil-resistant handle with a large support area. The lever parts and the push rod clamp are made of tempered steel, galvanized and passivated to prevent corrosion. The rivets are made of stainless steel and run in case-hardened bearing bushes, ensuring high durability and reliability.
The product does not include an angle base and weighs 245 g. It is ideal for direct mounting in sheet metal walls or fixtures thanks to the frontal thread on the toggle clamp.
