Digital 2-channel soldering station FX 972 (set)
The digital 2-channel soldering station FX 972 from HAKKO sets new standards in terms of user-friendliness and efficiency. Equipped with an impressive power of 200 watts and two channels, the station enables soldering with temperatures between 50 and 500 °C, ensuring a temperature stability of ±5 °C. The dimensions of the station are 126 mm in width, 151 mm in height, and 136 mm in length, with a weight of 2.8 kg.
The FX 972 is characterized by its fast response time and the high-quality active soldering tips from the T39 series, which ensure even heat transfer. A large display provides information about the current and set temperature as well as the preset parameters. The intuitive operation is carried out via four easily accessible buttons.
Additional features such as Auto-Sleep, automatic shutdown, and N₂ support increase energy efficiency and the lifespan of the devices. Infrared communication enables automatic temperature compensation, while software connection to a PC is used for monitoring and recording the temperature history.

Auto-sleep function - automatic shutdown
The built-in sensor in the soldering iron enables the use of the sleep and automatic shutdown functions without having to connect the station and the tool holder, allowing the station and tool holder to be positioned freely in the work area.
Software
By connecting the station to a PC, the set tip temperature, the temperature compensation/correction value, and the tip temperature curve during operation are recorded on the PC, thereby eliminating potential transmission errors.
Tool holder
The newly designed tool holder allows for easy and safe replacement of the tip with a device for removing the tip and a holder for inserting the tip.

Support for multiple connections (FX-972)
Eight different soldering tools can be used without changing the connection.
Priority channel (FX-972)
A built-in sensor detects the soldering tool being used and automatically switches the channel. The unused tool remains on standby at the set temperature.
