High-performance desoldering station FR 400

The high-performance desoldering station FR 400 from HAKKO is specifically designed for demanding applications where precision and efficiency are paramount. This station features a robust dual-cylinder vacuum pump that provides a vacuum pressure of 80 kPA and a suction capacity of 15 l/min. HAKKO desoldering stations FR 400 and FR 410

The desoldering stations FR 400 and FR 410 from HAKKO have a built-in vacuum pump and are designed for desoldering with a suction function. They differ mainly in their power (140W or 300W) and temperature range (330-450°C or 350-500°C).

Safe desoldering, valve function with high suction power
Suction starts 0.2 seconds after the trigger is pressed. The high pressure built up in this way enables complete desoldering.

Improvement of the heating element
The heating zone for the rear part of the heating element has been extended to ensure that the solder sucked in remains liquid until it reaches the filter and does not cool down on the way and clog the nozzle.

ACF (Anti Clogging Function)
The pump continues to run for one second after the trigger is released. This function ensures that the solder sucked in is carried into the filter tube.

Reduction of solder clogging through improved heating core
The additional protective device prevents the heating core from cooling down due to contact with the front holder and reduces solder clogging.

FR 410

300 W of enormous power provides incredible heating performance. Ideal for large components such as transformers and coils, as well as metallic components such as terminals and shielding housings.

Fast and safe nozzle change

The quality and efficiency of desoldering also depends on choosing the right desoldering nozzle.

If the nozzle size is too large, heat transfer is inefficient and the heating time is longer. This can cause damage to the circuit board. Therefore, always use the optimal nozzle size, as this ensures optimal heat transfer. This saves time and protects the circuit board.

The quick and easy nozzle change with the nozzle “Quick Changer” (optional accessory) helps you to always have the optimal desoldering nozzle for your applications at hand (max. 3 different nozzle sizes).
