ESD professional shoe x-light, leather/textile

The ABEBA ESD occupational shoe x-light, made from a combination of leather and textile, is specifically designed for professions that involve intensive movement, where lightness and freedom of movement are essential. This low-cut shoe with lace-up closure features an innovative air-cushioned sole that is not only slip-resistant (SRC) but also cushioning-active and resistant against oil and gasoline. The breathable Air-Mesh textile inserts, together with the mesh lining enriched with antibacterial silver ions, ensure optimal air circulation and high wearing comfort.
The replaceable insole of the Active Comfort type meets orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and offers additional comfort. Available in sizes 35 to 48 and in the color white, this unisex shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-1, making it ideal for work environments where ESD protection is necessary. The shoe belongs to safety class S1 and is equipped with a steel toe cap, although it does not provide toe protection, making it an excellent choice for professionals who need both safety and comfort.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Work shoe class O1
Shoes without a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.

Low shoe x-light, leather / textile

The x-light range offers very light and flexible models that are ideal for movement-intensive professions where lightness and freedom of movement are important. This series emphasizes the lightweight feel and high level of comfort.

 

The x-light lace-up shoe from ABEBA combines functionality and comfort in a modern design. This ESD comfort lace-up shoe, equipped with breathable air mesh textile inserts and a smooth leather upper, offers optimum air circulation and a high level of comfort. The mesh lining is enriched with silver ions for an antibacterial effect.

The sole of the shoe is characterized by its lightweight, cushioning construction, which is also resistant to oil and petrol and offers a high level of slip resistance (SRC). The insole, an Active Comfort napped version, is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191. The shoes comply with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC 61340-5-1 standards, which makes them particularly suitable for working environments where ESD protection is required.
