ESD safety shoe uni6, A-micro

The ESD safety shoe uni6, A-micro from ABEBA is a highly functional lace-up shoe that stands out for its durability and comfort for professional use. Made from easy-care A-micro microfiber, this shoe is washable at 30°C and features an inner lining enriched with silver ions. This makes it particularly suitable for work environments with strict hygiene requirements according to HACCP standards.
The shoes are certified in safety class S2 according to EN ISO 20345:2011 and offer optimal toe protection through a steel cap. Ergonomic features such as the replaceable Active Comfort insole and the option to use orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191 ensure additional wearing comfort.
The design includes a dimensionally stable edge padding and a back cap that increase comfort, as well as an oil- and gasoline-resistant outsole with a special ABEBA profile for excellent slip resistance (SRC). Available in white and in sizes 35 to 48, this low shoe is suitable for both men and women and weighs 475 g in size 42.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci. Low shoe uni6, A-micro

The uni6 series offers versatile and easy-care models designed for different working environments. The shoes have a good balance between comfort and robustness. They are particularly suitable for everyday use.

 

The uni6 lace-up shoe from ABEBA combines functionality with comfort for professional use. The upper material is made of A-micro microfiber, which is not only robust but also easy to care for, as the shoe is washable at 30 °C. The lining, enriched with silver ions, offers hygienic benefits and is suitable in accordance with HACCP standards, making the shoe particularly suitable for areas of use with strict hygiene requirements. The dimensionally stable upper edge padding and a toe cap increase wearer comfort, while the cushioning PU midsole prevents fatigue.

The replaceable Active Comfort insole and the option of using orthopedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191 underline the ergonomic design of the shoe. The oil and petrol-resistant outsole with a special ABEBA profile ensures excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is also equipped with a moisture groove, which further increases safety.
