The Steitz Secura VD Pro 1060 ESD safety sandal combines high safety standards with exceptional wearing comfort and modern design. Made from ultra-light microfiber and equipped with a large ventilation structure, this sandal offers optimal air circulation and comfort. The practical Velcro closure ensures a custom fit, while the aluminum toe cap and the slip-resistant TPU Athletic ESD outsole according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC guarantee maximum protection.The breathable functional lining, along with the genuine leather insole and the ERGO-SOFT ESD footbed, which can also be orthopedically adjusted (DGUV 112-191), promotes foot well-being and moisture absorption. The sandal is available in sizes 36 to 47 and is presented in an attractive black-red color scheme. The weight is approximately 510 g for size 42, making the sandal one of the lightest on the market. Special widths are available as an option to meet all needs. Ideal for use in various work environments where safety and comfort are required.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
VARIO MULTIFLEX®
A perfect extension of Steitz Secura's exclusive back vitality system for certain shoe configurations is the VARIO MULTIFLEX® technology. A continuously foamed midsole with a special soft bedding provides further effective cushioning properties in the forefoot area. Muscle tension is optimally reduced, load peaks are avoided with every step and forefoot problems are prevented from the outset.

Vital back system: cushioning lefts your spirits
Weight-dependent and individually replaceable heel cushioning modules are available in 5 different colors and therefore for 5 different weight classes: yellow up to 57 kg, green up to 79 kg, red up to 91 kg, black up to 105 kg, and blue for over 105 kg.
Note: The green cushioning insert is standard in all Steitz shoes
