CORSTAT Reel-Box 180

The CORSTAT Reel-Box 180, manufactured by Kolb, is a highly functional storage and transport solution for up to 16 reels with a maximum diameter of 180 mm. This box is made from electrostatically conductive corrugated cardboard, which is coated and sealed both inside and out. The outer surface of the box features a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating, ensuring durability and protection of the contents.
The box complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, thus offering optimal protection against electrostatic discharges. The dimensions of the box are 380 mm in length, 180 mm in width, and 100 mm in height. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm. With its black color and recyclable material, the CORSTAT Reel-Box 180 combines functionality with environmental awareness and aesthetic adaptability to various work environments.

The CORSTAT reel box made of corrugated cardboard is a specially developed packaging solution for components on reels. It offers protection against electrostatic discharge, mechanical damage and moisture. The boxes have the following common properties:
