ESD shipping boxes

ESD shipping boxes enable sensitive electronic assemblies to be shipped safely by protecting them from uncontrolled electrostatic discharges. They are made of conductive or dissipative material and meet the requirements of the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard.

The boxes have a high shielding effect against electrostatic fields. For optimum product protection, many variants are available with or without inserts, e.g. with conductive napped foam, plug-in foam or as an empty version for individual assembly.

These packaging solutions are particularly suitable for applications in electronics production, quality assurance or repair services where standard-compliant protection against ESD damage during transportation or storage is required.
