Floor mats type 8203

The floor mat type 8203 is a high-quality product for work environments that require ESD protection. This mat consists of a three-layer construction made of vinyl, with the top layer being permanently conductive and offering low resistance to safely discharge static charges. This prevents short circuits in circuit boards placed on the mat. The middle layer significantly contributes to static discharge, while the bottom layer is made of a conductive, non-slip foam that provides stability and safety on the floor surface.
The mat measures 1200 mm in length and 1800 mm in width, with a material thickness of 3.5 mm. It is available in gray and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The surface resistance is between 1 x 10^6 and less than 1 x 10^9 Ohms. Additionally, the corners of the mat are rounded, and it features two snap-on connections (DK 10 mm ball part), making it versatile and easy to install.
This floor mat is ideal for locations where electronic components are handled and offers a reliable solution for preventing electrostatic discharges.

Table coverings made of dissipative vinyl type Typ 8200

The premium table and floor coverings of this product line consist of an unique three-layer structure. The top, permanently dissipative vinyl layer has a sufficiently low resistance for a safe discharge of statically charged conductors. The vinyl layer prevents short circuits between the contacts on the bottom of the PCBs placed onto the working surface. With its highly conductive property, the middle layer makes the most important contribution to the static discharge to ground. The third layer is made of dissipative, slip-resistant foam in order to ensure a safe and reliable hold on the floor surface. Rolls are available here.

Mats complete with 2 snap connectors 10 mm and rounded edges - other connectors also available
