Cleanroom Filter Kit ISO 7 The Cleanroom Filter Kit ISO 7, part number 7370.ISO7-KIT, is specifically designed for use in Class 7 cleanrooms according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1. It includes filters and vacuum cleaner bags suitable for ESD-VAC and SAFE-T-VAC vacuum cleaners. This set contains the models 7370.MT-751, 7370.MT-752, and 7370.MT-757, which are optimally matched to the ESD vacuum cleaners type 777 (part numbers 7370.EPA-VAC.1 and 7370.EPA-VAC.2) as well as the SAFE-T-VAC (part number 7360.VAC). The kit ensures efficient and safe cleaning in sensitive environments where contamination control is of utmost importance.
