The ESD safety shoe Flash 1000 S1 from Atlas combines advanced safety technologies with high wearing comfort and is specifically designed for use in industry and crafts. Equipped with an alu-tec® aluminum cap and an MPU® INNOFLEX SYSTEM® sole, this half shoe in size 49 offers optimal protection and flexibility. The integrated Clima-Zone technology and the aktiv-X functional lining ensure a consistently pleasant foot climate.The safety shoes meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1 SRC, making them oil, acid, and gasoline resistant as well as antistatic and slip-resistant. The 3D cushioning system effectively supports the orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191, ideal for inserting orthopedic insoles. The color of the mesh upper material is blue, and the shoes feature a practical lace-up closure. The insole is replaceable, which offers additional hygiene and adaptability.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
3D Cushioning system
The 3D cushioning system from ATLAS® enables noticeably gentle and fatigue-free running. The basis for this outstanding comfort is formed by the three components: Pressure relief. Damping. Dynamics. The perfect interaction of all components prevents back and joint problems and also relieves noticeably sensitive pain and pressure points.
aktiv-X functional lining
Especially in everyday work, with high physical stress, temperature-regulating properties are indispensable. The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
clima-stream®
Clima-stream® maximizes breathability, balances moisture inside the shoe and optimally regulates the ambient temperature. The high-quality, particularly breathable upper material, the thermoregulating inner lining and the Klima Komfort® insole ensure a unique wearing comfort. The feet are always at a pleasant temperature and feel comfortable even under great physical exertion.
