Dissipative packaging bags DPV-3006 400 x 600 x 0.06 mm

The conductive packaging bags DPV-3006, measuring 400 x 600 x 0.06 mm, are made of polyethylene and provide an optimal solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. These bags are not only sealable but also dissipative and meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas).

The pink-transparent bags are amine-free and 100% recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly option. They have a surface resistance of less than 10^11 Ω and a maximum discharge time of 2 seconds, ensuring reliable protection performance against electrostatic discharges.

Each carton contains 500 pieces of these bags, which have a shelf life of up to 3 years if stored under recommended conditions (humidity over 20% and ambient temperature above 23 °C). The standard print includes the type designation, an ESD warning symbol, a recycling symbol, and a LOT number, which facilitates traceability.

The bags within this product family differ in size, thickness and number of pieces per packaging unit. Thinner bags are lighter and cheaper. They are suitable for light, insensitive components. Thicker bags are more robust and more resistant to punctures and tears. They are suitable for heavier or sensitive components.

On request, the packaging bags can be equipped with adhesive closure.
