PU foam 178x127x15 mm

The PU foam from EPApack, measuring 178x127x15 mm, is characterized by its electrostatic dissipation and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in shipping boxes. This product is available in a smooth finish and offers an effective protection solution due to its open-cell, soft structure.
The pink color of the foam facilitates identification and assignment in complex packaging processes. Made of polyurethane, the foam offers an operating temperature range from -10 to 100 °C and remains stable up to a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C and a decomposition temperature of 180 °C.
The durability is two years with proper storage, ensuring long-term use. The dimensions of the foam are precisely specified with a length of 178 mm, a width of 127 mm, and a thickness of 15 mm, allowing for easy integration into existing packaging solutions.

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:
