ESD Conduct Prime for elastic floors 23.5 kg

The ESD Conduct Prime for elastic floors with a content of 23.5 kg is an advanced primer specifically developed for the renovation and new construction of electrostatically conductive floor coverings. This primer ensures maximum electrostatic safety and is suitable for both elastic and mineral substrates.
The black primer from Dr. Schutz provides a standard-compliant and permanently stable base for ESD floor constructions. When applied to non-ESD capable floor coverings, the installation of a grounding connection is required to ensure the necessary electrical discharge. Without this additional step, the floor cannot meet the ESD requirements.

Two primers – two technologies – one goal: maximum electrostatic safety in floor renovation

When renovating electrostatically dissipative floor coverings, the right primer determines the long-term functionality of the entire system. Dr. Schutz’s ESD primers provide the technically advanced foundation for safe, standard-compliant, and permanently stable ESD floor systems in both new construction and renovation projects.

The primer is available for both elastic and mineral substrates.

If the primer is applied to a non-ESD-capable floor covering, an additional grounding connection must be installed. Otherwise, the floor cannot ensure electrical dissipation and thus does not meet ESD requirements.
