Permanent monitoring

Permanent monitoring systems are used to continuously monitor electrostatic protection zones (EPA) in order to ensure compliance with defined ESD-relevant limit values. Typically, parameters such as relative humidity, electrostatic voltages and bleeder resistances are recorded in real time. This enables the early identification of potential deviations and supports the initiation of suitable corrective measures to maintain standard-compliant ESD protection.
